REFUND POLICY

EXISTENTIAL PRESS (also known as EP) takes quality seriously. If an item arrives defective, substantially damaged, materially different from what was ordered or if we send the wrong item, please email hello@existentialpress.com.au as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographic evidence where reasonably available.

EP will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by the Australian Consumer Law. For a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. If we ask you to return an item that does not meet the consumer guarantees, EP will cover reasonable return postage.

EP does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

By placing an order through the Existential Press online store at existentialpress.com.au you agree to our full Terms of Service, together with this Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

EP will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch orders from Melbourne within five business days of cleared payment, subject to stock availability. Tracking details will be provided as soon as reasonably practicable after dispatch.

If an item in a paid order is temporarily unavailable, EP will contact you within two business days and offer to hold the order, part-ship available items or cancel and refund the affected item. Any additional part-shipping charge will be disclosed and agreed before dispatch.

Delivery times after dispatch are carrier estimates. If an order is lost, substantially delayed or damaged in transit, email hello@existentialpress.com.au with your order number. EP will reasonably assist with the carrier claim and provide any remedy required by law.
